Agreed bignote - they really should have made all this clear. Quite strange given the calibre of their previous announcements...

They should have explained the Truestone facility was too expensive for a $1 million raise and hence they decided to go with the share placement via Minc.

They should have explained and made it clear that the investor SPP was something they were doing for the investors.

And they should have made it damn well clear that they already had enough money in the bank for FP and Bongo!!!

In hindsight they probably should have just gone straight to the shareholders with the first placement and voided all of this.

Oh well better late than never. This broadcast makes me a LOT more comfortable. Let's hope the market reacts accordingly as it has been heavily oversold of late...
