I like what you say Denben however take China , India , you will never bring them under control . You miss the point about the Carbon Tax . It's not about reducing Carbon, it never can . Where is this money going after 2015 . Try the UN so they can hand it out to tinpot nations in return for certificates . Useless certificates that permit you to pollute . What happens to our money ? The UN redistribute our wealth to poor nations .
