Someone is selling IRCOA's for 0.9c...... no wonder there are so many fishing for shares 17c, rather than buying at the shops for 17.5c.
So 17 cents + 0.9 cents would be 17.9 cents. And I don't see many oppies changing hands day in / day out.
I think a better question would be: "why do people continue to sell their shares at 17 cents and 17.5 cents"?
The new research report has upper estimate of fair value at around 48 cents.
