change in sub holding is triggered @ 5% holding, and required to be disclosed after any 1% change thereafter (i.e. from 5% to 6% and so on).
Only a few holders above 5% at this point.
My guess is one of Ruane, Tyson Resources, Brooks, et al, have changed hands with an insto.
