With all the ADX activity which from the look of CAV has been on the go in Perth for around 3 months, I am wondering if that 80m share placement that lapsed wasn't for a stake there.
Hard to imagine KEY wasn't approached (esp due local interests) when every other man and his dog seemed to have been?
