Not like the BHP no talk line, I feel that TPI is open to talk if BCK accepts TPI terms.
On the other hand BCK has up to 2yrs to soften up if they do not upset TPI too much
in the mean time.
What I'll like to see now is BCK announce plant development to show they're confident of rail.
Last Fri. I was please to see BCK stop sliding in H.K.
