Getting stuck into FMG won't get Brockman the rail deal. The ERA has done BCK the Claytons favors already. It's a favor when it's not. The ERA now tells BCK it has done it's bit to commercially negotiate with FMG.

Only successful commercial negotiation will get BCK a rail deal. The Chinese should have done the right thing rather than try to get a free ride.

With Luk being charged (bet Beijing who is the ultimate backer never expected the bad timing), this may just turn the clock back for BCK by at least a year.

By that time, AGO, MIN and others will have done a rail deal with FMG leaving no room on the network.
