As long as Wah Nam are on the register and their intentions are unknown it will be difficult if not impossible to negotiate a rail deal IMO.
Having said that, there is of course a great opportunity for FMG to effectively take control of BRM for whatever WN are willing to sell it for, which could well be less than what the Board would sell for. You'd think Twiggy would wait for Mr Tee to call him first... and given the free-fall in the BRM price that may not be too far away.
