I am not a technical guy.....and don't pretend to understand.

But I do think this could be the moment to buy below 40c for a very long time.
At this juncture it will be a hard task to keep it below 40c.
There are buyers in the background waiting for that dip.
Someone tried to test support........will get his/her head handed.

This stock is acting very differently than a month ago.
Before broken support turned into resistance.
Now resistance turns into support.
Good sign.

I guess during a year of bloodbath......the holders have changed and the stock has been transferred from a little impatient to the more patient hands.
