    imho - yes, subject to:

    1. banks being happy with coverage ratio's on better earnings (we should find out in early 2019)
    2. inc in underlying asset profitability (noting that inc in lease costs assoc with sale / leaseback of some dirt .......circa 6.5m p.a. est)

    so - 2nd half of 2019 is my best guess.....
