    They definitely haven't sent it - I rang them yesterday and they were still talking about getting around to completing this 'deed' that they are so fond of.
    They had sent partial payments, but not what they promised. And now we are trying to get the rest out of them.
    They always use the "I thought I sent it" excuse, so that may be what you read once.
