I suppose that in the past the trustee has eventually got the money out of them, so I figure that we'll eventually get it.
The remaining funds are only about $4000, out of a total of $80,000, so it is not worth the legal fees to chase them up for some money that we'll probably eventually get anyway. In relation to legal action to chase them up for lost interest, phone calls etc, that would also probably not be worth the legal costs.

It is frustrating that ASIC refused to do anything about this, as I would think that they should. Their excuse was that there is no evidence of a cash-flow crisis so they can't do much.
