opto. In all my years buying stocks, unless there is an announcement to make the market look up, then stocks go up in smaller steps as sellers pave way to a mass of buyers.
No doubt that the force is with the buyers and those that ar selling are then joining the buying again in fear of missing out. 17.5 is still my call for today.
