Yes the cloke of silence and tight-lipped cone of secret business, are frustrating. However, here is an all too close to home example - POC-1.
Speculation on a forum on POCT=POC-1 was one thing, however when some folks took it upon themselves to blatantly enquire to Philips executives & what sounds like in 1 case interrogate them on what was a CIC project. It kinda maked our executive look like loose lip muppets & not to be trusted.
OK whether POCT were going to stall their already sadly delayed commercial POC release with furthur EMA approval processes to include the M&G advances (without exclusivity) because they were thin-skinned is moot now - but it was in the least "not a good look" for a potential partner.
