First there is ASX200 addition before FDA marketing approval. CUV should replace Healthscope on 24 May court approval date, assuming s/h approve SOA on 22 May. According to Morgan Stanley CUV is front runner for inclusion in ASX200.
If not the case, looks to be at least 3 and possibly 5 stocks that drop out of the ASX200 - announcement due 14 June. If CUV is not top runner to replace HSO, then must surely be in the June re-balance ascensions.
Instos use algos to do the calcs and would have worked all this out by now and expect will start to buy up in advance.
