42% would like to emigrate. The other 58% are the foreign immigrants to Britain both legal and illegal and the assylum seekers. They are doing so well they wouldn't want to go anywhwre else. The UK Labour govt has encouraged the mass immigration that has helped to destroy the country, for their own political ends. So to do the Australian Labor govt encourage assylum seekers, as each one they let in is a new vote for Labor.
