Still crunching numbers here, but at first glance, a few things leap out.

    On the positive side:

-extremely oversold, with stochastic at 4. Yes, it can bump along the bottom and price can still fall further.

-positive volume divergence. Price is falling but volume is increasing, 25 million today, double the 50-day EMA.
May indicate we are at or close to an exhaustion of sellers.

-five consecutive days outside the bollinger band, shortening odds of more similar.

-We tend to sell off Fridays, but US on most occasions bounces on a Monday.

    On the negative side...

-below trendlines, no matter how you draw them.

-slightly overshot the last range fall (October into November), so we look at further falls.

-These tend to be around the $6 and $7 mark, so mid $38's or mid $37's.

    -Closed at the today's low.

-My last two buys are have been duds, but only toe-dipping small parcels, lol. (I had a relatively big exit around $43.80 early this month, and still patiently waiting for equally big entry.
