Whenever there is chalcopyrite or chalcocite containing economic amounts of copper on HAV's ~14,000 square kms of mineral tenements there should be cobalt-rich pyrite worthy of recovery.

Considering there is more than 300 kms of prospective unexplored strike of the Portia Formation (informally referred to as the mine sequence or prospective sequence because it is host to virtually all known copper-gold mineralisation drilled in the area) on HAV's mineral tenements, this represents the high discovery potential for cobalt that the HAV Tweet mentions.

It also highlights the importance of the metallurgical test work HAV is currently pursuing, including with Cobalt Blue Holdings, which is designed to establish the most efficient (and cost effective) method of extraction of cobalt from the Mutooroo pyrite concentrate.

Check out the second last paragraph in the attached Havilah Resources (Dr Giles and Travis Just) publication:

"A curious regional link is provided by the ubiquitous cobalt-rich pyrite that is found in all copper-gold deposits in the region, irrespective of age or origin, and also in aplitic intrusions near Broken Hill. This is unlikely to be coincidental, and points to a widespread regional mineralising event with potential to generate large mineral deposits in favourable stratigraphic and structural settings."
