cobalt mining production apart from any ESG issues should limit the impact of increased production of nickel and cobalt as the IRA gets
traction . I would anticipate that the EU car manufactures will or have adopted various ESG criteria mirroring US practices also limiting the impact of
Indo production .The flow through impact of policy on the the market is never immediate . 2024 will not see improved cobalt prices IMO The slack tide of
current cobalt demand and EV minerals in general gives COB time to line up its ducks .A material step forward by COB is nevertheless needed to
improve confidence in COB business model.
