Yes, the cobalt price has dropped and that is a major driver on the share price however there has been a lot of talk (Hype) from management over the years and they have been too slow to get this project ahead and now we suffer. They continue to drag their feet and what happens? You get a cap raise at 11 cents. All the talk on permitting, Environmental statements, running the plant with more feedstock, all the "Preliminary" announcements showcased like its big.
This year is make or break for this company. They are now funded for pre-construction of the refinery. If they cant manage to complete the work and SP falls further, then we are all in big trouble. They must complete the work as indicated for once.
How many tests are they going to continue to say they are doing on the Demo plant! Its been online for many years now.
Its time to deliver, if they don't then the CEO, Joe can't possibly be satisfied with he's performance at COB.
