    Resource stocks play a huge part in Government budgets where else can they find so much revenue that they can spend to stay in power. With elections in the air we are sure to see some very positive news so ministers can don the hard hats for photo ops both here and in the US . If mining revenue was never available in the past imagine we would be now IMO
