    The Federal Government will be searching for positive mining news especially in WA to show their investment potential. The proposed Kwinana nickel and cobalt refinery being developed by Cobalt Blue in conjunction Iwatani Corporation on land owned by Iwatani that is permitted and having all ancillary assets in place must be looking very attractive to showcase IMO
