Iwatani Corporation’s history shows their ability to build plants globally to take advantage of the demand for supply of commodities and the need for processing plants near port facilities. They must be keen to build the nickel/cobalt refinery at Kwinana having a large network of companies requiring these these products. Hopefully they can reach agreement with COB to make the refinery a reality IMO
