    There's a war on and the West, as usual, is late to arrive.

    The Chinese have a massive head start on everything battery and our car companies gave them joint ventures for the short term gain in profit from cheap JV cars, China does not need our technology anymore.

    We are playing catch up in a Skewed market, SP reflect that.
