    Lots of talk during that time. If you track back to those investor updates, there was hints that financial, off takes were a given almost.

    I understand the price of Cobalt hit rock bottom, but metal pricing moves in cycles. We are getting very close to knowing the future with COB. If they fail in delivering the news in the next month or so, were cooked!
