    Agree with your thoughts tankhexman,,,,,,,. the management has drip fed announcements all year to the detriment of longstanding shareholders watching their investment wilt. The subjects you highlight needs to realized in the new year with strong intent to pursue the the goals espoused for such a long time IMO
