Well, im buying to find a comfortable position during this CR event. It will be an interesting outcome from the retail investor to see how many they purchase as part of the CR, if they disclose this information.

If I do remember correctly itawani own the land that COB plan the construction of the Cobalt refinery? I understand that they will have joint synergies with COB utilising much of the existing infrastructure on site already which is a bonus when you consider site works, sewage and pollution control measures in place before you even start building construction.

I upstand that there are intergovernmental agency consulting with both Itawani and COB regarding the project as I was told by an Investor relations person from the company earlier this year. I remember asking the question, we are going to need a cap raising at some stage, and he said, that it maybe on the cards, but neither confirmed or denied this.

I FID to be announced before settling to strongly right now with a view ti long term holding. They will need what appears to be 10% retail component, then insto CR I would presume with funds from other source.

An over subscribed CR sends a good message to the market. I will be subscribing to the offer.

I note AR3 got there $5 million kiss today from the Feds 'International Partnerships in Critical Minerals Program', with the grant supporting additional metallurgical testwork, completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and building / operating a demonstration plant.

Who knows if they are looking towards this program or some O/S funding source. I would hope the WA Government steps up with some cash as well as the Feds on Kwinana.

I note COB anticipates constrction completion by last quarter 2027.

That's not far off with planned commencement during late 1st or early 2nd Quarter 2026.

It's getting all the cash together to get this operational. When they do become operational, who knows where the price and supply will be with China's clamp down on Critical Minerals to the US, at that time?

I do understand some long term holders frustrations, but hopefully the recent events will be a memory you can share with investors into the future when we are a productive part of the Australian Battery Critical Minerals Supply chain.

    cheers
