COB has two items to tick off that's left for the refinery.

Once these are done running costs should be next to nothing. There is nothing left. They should halt marketing spend and testing. They have been testing for years now.

Both these items should be just weeks away not months. Last update had detailing engineering has nearing completion.

Permitting
A Development Consent for the new refinery building will be required. In Q1 2025, an application covering detailed building and
site plans and planning studies on traffic, bushfire, waste and stormwater, and car parking will be submitted to Rockingham
City Council.

Detailed Engineering
Further detailed engineering will continue with a target of being ‘construction-ready’ by mid-2025.
