    Nothing is going to happen . With State & Fed elections either called or will be called both levels of government enter a staggered timeline "caretaker

    mode" .delaying planning approval and like decisions that have not already been tabled . COB refinery planning approvals? not soon <Govt finance >Not

    soon . Enthusiasm for COB Plan A 2.0 is wanning and Plan B ? is it a plan or just delaying the inevitable. The share price would suggest the later.
