Yes, the reason i say JAN/FEB is because the Demonstration Plant needs to have proven to run 24/7 with consistency. Good quality samples and good production numbers. Remember a lot of the DFS will be based on numbers that are produced with the DEMO plant. So Partners/Off takers wont have to wait for the DFS.
Partners will only take up an off-take agreement when they can see that the tech is good. COB need time to fine turn and perfect the process. A few more months i believe is required for this to unfold.
