There is a mad scramble going on though due to the phase COB is in, it was early to strike any deal. COB needed to prove up their tech through Pilot and now demonstration scale. No one is going to sign a deal until this process is finished. Joe flagged a deal for the end of this year in previous media however there have been some small delays in the demonstration plant phase hence my prediction for JAN/FEB.
