agree overall but unlikely to ever be a 'giant' barring the tailings part of the business working (and this certainly cant be assumed so early). Previous Chairmans report had a NPV of around $5 (when the cobalt price was more than double the current weakened cobalt price that COB had warned S/Hs to expect due to increasing Congo mine ramp ups) so perhaps COB hits a 1-2b company best case scenario but its never going to be ASX100 based on current resource. Still doesnt mean it cant be an exceptional investment if things turn out over coming years ($5 is a long way from 50 cents)
