Well it is not just COB even though they have their own unique way, there are others out there working on cobalt projects like CCZ also in Broken Hill, HAV also near Broken Hill on the other side of the border in SA, AUZ up in QLD, KNI in Norway and there's a number of other ASX listed plays, not all of them will succeed but some will and they will help take away reliance on the DRC.

There is also JRV with cobalt operations in Idaho and NSW, but not sure how "ethical" their refinery is in Brazil, would definitely be no doubt better than conditions in DRC though.
