COB as a supplier to USA maybe enhanced by this proposed Act which seeks to negate Chinas strangle hold on REE which by the Act includes
cobalt , lithium and other battery minerals . The embargo imposed on REEs seems to target any mineral sourced from Chinese companies
which may include DRC cobalt financed by China but mined by others , This all adds to complexity of the cobalt supply and price and IMO
enhances COB viability
