    While no one likes a CR, we can look at CXO and PLS's SOI in comparison.

    CXO - 1.85b SOI
    PLS - nearly 3b SOI
    COB - 370m SOI

    I don't think COB can get as diluted as PLS, even if COB falls another year behind in starting production. Current MC is pretty weak though.
