Rounding out the top 10 are Western Australia, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland & Labrador, Colorado, Northern Territory, Arizona, Quebec, South Australia, and Botswana.

New South Wales was 23^rd (based on the overall Investment Attractiveness Index).
