Apart from the global cobalt pricing, I don't see any other fundamental changes in the company, at any rate nothing negative.
If COB are indeed switching business strategy from a Mine Producer to a Processor - at least for now as a temporary solution - what is wrong with it?
IGO started from Processing; even as we speak IGO's co-ownership on its Lithium joint-venture, is a just a baby.
