Despite the constant slip in price it doesn't help that managements approach to this is sit around and wait for better days. When the price is low is when you need to do the most work to show your project isn't a dud so that when the price is on the up you're not starting to do all your work and miss the wave. The price of cobalt is inconsequential if it's forever 3 years out from getting out of the ground. Alternatively, if you don't believe the price will adjust back far enough in your favour change course and do something else.
