I no longer look to those numbers, lots of Western stream will be established over the next decade. Here I look at COB and IT'S refined cobalt out of Australia in various specifications all out of its own WA refinery. I put it that new benchmarks will be established for non Chinese refined cobalt. To me it is only a matter of time, doesn't matter how many buckets may exist outside this eco system, they will not get in, even if free.
