They have achieved a lot and hats off to Joe for the progress made over last 2 years. The current cobalt price and general macro outlook are likely the primary factors affecting the recent sharp decline, in addition to the chatter about cobalt's declining use in batteries. That aspect of declining Co use is going to come with a performance or other cost - Co's natural subatomic electrical properties make it highly useful in the cathode.
