    The COB team explained that the Kwinana location held by our potential partner already has much of the infrastructure, so this should hopefully speed up permitting and construction compared to developing a vacant landholding. This is also reducing the cost of the refinery, that's estimated at AU$70M. All very positive, as refining IRA-compliant material is the main bottleneck at the moment. Many Japanese trading houses are active in Australia, but my guess is still on Sojitz. Does anyone have insight on who is currently operating in Kwinana? Let's hope the team can get a binding agreement soon to lock in the refinery construction.
