Interesting pin the tail one the donkey stuff. I did wonder about timing and comments about some infrastructure being in place, which I assume the potential partner owns.

Atco have or should have completed by the end of this month some infrastructure work at a new site where I understand it is providing commercial gas supply to the Covalent Lithium, this is a refinery intended to operate from the Kwinana industrial Beech ( a degree of open land exists) area. I would also guess the trading house would be separate to any refinery partnership in terms of operations etc, but perhaps funding is something that could perhaps be compatible with both COB's refining and other critical minerals refiners.
