    I understand the logic, unfortunately many companies get to DFS stage on the back of retail and then bring institutional investors at a discount.
    It sucks if you have been holding long and strong for years to see the sp drop down in the orphan period and then institutions pick them up cheap.

    It’s not just a COB thing but pretty poor form to say it out loud in an investor update, I think we could do better for 800k Joe earned last year.
