I suggest this May 23 presentation is well worth a re-read.

So much has happened in the world of new energy over these last few years. At times it feels like hanging onto a tigers tail while the whole renewables landscape shifted and re-shifted. Unchanged is Atomic Number 27 our cobalt, it will always be needed, but the fairy dust landed by way of world geo politics, right out of left field ...........The Inflation Reduction Act and in lock step the EU's Green Deal, how does that fit with my graphic below eh ?
