Well I guess it depends on the details, like what % will be ours and the partners.
Downstream is where there is real value add is, will the deal mean we only reap 50% of that from our mine?
How much dilution will occur ?
If all our product is taken by the Japanese trading partner does that mean we can't seek off take investment elsewhere?
Does that explain why we are not hearing about samples to off take partners?
I don't know but with only vague details and sudden change in direction we are left to speculate.
