    The U.S. is turning to the Democratic Republic of Congo, a much-criticized source, in the race to secure supplies of battery metals to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles.

    This WSJ take on the state of. play as at 25/8 . The actual state of play will IMO will be self assessment compliance regime paying lip service to Bidens legislation. COB better get its skates on the caravan is moving on .
