From what mgmt has reported recently, all discussion are with Japan, Korea and Europe. IRA was important legislation to indicate to the market the importance of moving away from the China focused supply chain (followed by the CRMA), and has led to all western allied sovereignty's looking for other sources of critical raw materials, so not explicitly the US. That's the part that remains a positive thematic from COB's stand point.
