You may be right amigo, but I'm guessing the rise in ARR's shareprice is due to the recent acquisition of the Wyoming rare earth propsect. The grades are more than 10 times those at La Paz and both prospects have the mineral allanite as the carried of the rare earths. This mineral appears to be straightforward to concentrate (ie gravity, magnetics and flotation) - which is important for rare earth deposits. La Paz is a monster with no radioactive metals and the resource was only drilled to 30 metres in most parts. It presents as a longterm bulk supplier of rare earth concentrates. Open pit and straightforward metallurgy should make La Paz a low-cost producer - low capex & low opex. We haven't heard too much about the Wyoming prospect, but it may have caught the eye of some big fish. IMO the board at ARR has done a great job in resurrecting this stock and focusing on this great opportunity. Now that ARR is on a path to development. It will benefit from international supply problems caused by fractured geopolitics.
