    Price has been capped at 35 and in a narrow channel for about 5 weeks. Now broken out. Could be something up.

    Company is confident it will get big gov grant for biodesiel plant.

    Plenty of new wells to be drilled in Oklohma and also new Racoon Bend feild they have acquired.
