re: broken out of range-forrest Funnily enough we did have it revalued about 8 weeks ago and were very pleasantly surprised. We originally bought for the better than Sydney rental return but have had the bonus of great (unexpected) CG. Mind you, we did buy well (rellies in the industry).
EPT finished on 23 today (23/24 spread). We saw somebody buy 1 mill EPTO (30c June 30th) a week ago at .001 and thought they were mad. They traded as high as .007 today and closed on .005. Wondering if it may have been Riidgey?
